Discovery phase of exploring pain points experienced by the REID team in their financial consolidation process and systems and to mitigate the pain points.
Referenced IFRS and Gartner for best practice and comparative industry sector trend analysis to ensure that the proposals & mitigations recommended were future proofed, next generation processes and systems that can be adapted for 20 years and beyond.
The solution options cover short term tactical needs and long-term strategic direction and addresses all pain points and requirements. The solution options such as Oracle FCCS, Oracle eBS, HFM recommended were fit for purpose for short and long term, providing a solid foundation for future adoption of changes.
