Client’s Commercial ERP Solution (CERPS) is a global transformation programme, which drove simplification of the operating model through delivery of standardised financial and commercial processes, systems and data in SAP.
Geographies covered: All client entities in Pharmaceuticals, Vaccines & Consumer Healthcare divisions across EMEA and US region.
Systems Impacted: JDE One world, JDE Net 9, SAP ECC 6, BISON, UNISON, TM1 Systems, Cognos Controller.
Project Achievements:
Implemented new key controls to close significant deficiency on SOX compliance of Manual Journals approval processes and removal of conflicts.
For design effectiveness review control, prepared consolidated Local Standard Operating Procedures (LSOPs) for entire Core Business Services (CBS), Central Cost Management (CCM) covering end to end processes, flow charts, steps & procedures, risk control matrices & process notes.
For operative effectiveness review control, recommended the CBS CCM on improving the finance core activities of Balance Sheet Reconciliation key matrices.
